2005 Burger King lawsuit

We received a cease and desist letter years ago. While it is not technically a lawsuit, but it could have led to one. This formal notice involved mileading use of their federally registered logo, copyright infringement and deceptive/misuse of the phrase "Have it your way".

Our cease and desist letter was the first step in a legal dispute. A fight we did not want to get involved with.
